Volunteer Assistance -  A very essential ingredient!
Conducting Track & Field competition involves nine dedicated officials. who are experienced in this field. However, at least nine other parents or friends willing to assist these officials with the various events are also required (total 18).

Please make yourselves available, otherwise events may have to be cancelled. (It could be your child’s favourite event!)

Helpers Notes are available on the Notice Board. Please collect to a set.

Parents of Primary School pupils who are not competing themselves are advised to remain at the ground for the purpose of guiding their child/children to the various events, otherwise confusion may lead to disinterest and discouragement. It is our aim to encourage and foster all ages in the great sport of athletics, therefore we don’t wish any to be disadvantaged.

Country Track & Field Championships
These Championships are intended to be the highlight of the Summer Season. Held every year mid to late January, the weekend event is open to all Country Club athletes within NSW. Event ages ranging from U/10 thru’ to 70yrs & over.

Athletes are not pressured into reaching a qualifying standard to participate. All that is required is a keenness to compete in a friendly environment against other like minded country athletes.

Our Club encourages members to compete and has adopted a policy to financially assist individuals & families with entry fees & accommodation when appropriate.

Watch for the release of more details in the coming weeks on the Country Championships Page of this websiteTo Country Championships
